have just received a text message via my landline telling me that my virgin media account email has been used to send spam and has been locked. Have just tried and it’s not locked. Can anyone advise, if this is just a spam call please? Many thanks
It is probably genuine. The relevant help page when receiving such texts from VM is help/virgin-media-mail-my-email-account-is-locked
