Last month my Virgin email was compromised. Since then I have had emails blocked and now I am unable to get any emails from laptop, pc and phone. I have changed Password.
I have tried phoning several times, hanging on for over an hour. This evening a rep said he had reset password for me. Wait an hour and it will be OK. It wasn't !
I am getting a little frustrated now. If I go online and answer all the questions they will email me !!
I cant receive emails - My Virgin Media email account has been locked.
The last rep said I needed the '2nd line Team' and put me thru. They cut me off before even answering..

Thank you for your reply...Virgin help line sorted out the password but I am still having to enter password and just sometimes get mail viewed thru Outlook.
I can emails thru the Virgin web site but I want to view and reply thru Outlook. Can you help me please?

Is it all email addresses that you are not able to email though outlook or only a specific 1/2?
No emails come thru to my outlook page.
but they are all in the Virgin email page
You just need to delete and re add his outlook settings with your new password, this link should help
