We're sorry to hear of this email issue, we'd love to assist where we can.
Firstly, we'd like to get more info so we can determine how we can help out.

Can you please advise if this email was an ntlworld, blueyonder, or address and what happens when trying to log on?
Could you kindly confirm how you access your email account and if you're using webmail (browser) or a client software/app such as Outlook etc to view your mailbox?
If over client, please check our updated settings here.

Lastly, are you able to view the secondary email when you sign in to your MyVM account here and select: account settings>account details> bottom of page under my other VM accounts?
