Virgin email Hacked

Hi, after some help with my virgin email account. It was hacked about a week ago and i'm unable to gain access as the password and address associated with the account has been changed. Since this happened, my netflix, facebook, insta etc have all been compromised as my virgin media address was linked to these. 

I dont have a virgin account for any other services so cannot speak to anyone to get this resolved.

I need to either get the email account closed, or ideally have my password reset and the email linked to the account changed.

Appreciate any help with this!
