Outlook flagged that my Virgin account details were out-of-date. Logged in to My Virgin Media to update password (current password not recognised) however system would not accept the new password entered even though it is "strong". Error message: cannot use that password. Unable to receive/send emails or access via mail.virginmedia.com

@femacleod89 The current VM password requirements are quite restrictive.
Between 8-10 characters
Start with a letter
Contain at least one number
No special characters#
Cannot contain a common dictionary word
