Virgin Media mailbox unavailable

I am experiencing problems receiving emails to my Virgin media mailbox.  My last received email was at 09:04am this morning (03/01/2021).

I have tried to respond to this email and the email will not send as I’m being advised my email address and password is incorrect (although I have not changed these).

I have tried to access my emails via the VM website and by logging into my account but get a message that my mailbox is unavailable.

Could somebody assist please so that I can regain access to my emails?

Sorry to hear the mailbox is unavailable

The email address you gave me was associated to an old account at your previous property 

This is now disconnected as the account is no longer active 

We do allow 90 day access after a Customers leaves 

I can look at getting this carried over but its a very slim probability

I don’t understand that?? I left my previous property two years ago and it’s worked fine until about a week ago??

I am still a Virgin Media customer at my new address.
