I have a @virgin.net email account. Since Friday night, no emails have been downloaded onto my phone. I’ve tried logging into webmail, and I get the message that my Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable.
I’ve followed the steps outlined in the email. Namely:
Step 1, I’ve changed my Virgin Media account password.
Step 2. I’ve followed the steps to change my password for third-party mailbox apps.
This is where I get stuck. I follow the steps outlined (ie. Account settings, account details, manage, manage your virgin media mail app password, virgin media mail & get password. I continue the process and type in a new email address (my work email) in order to get a new password link. No email comes through from Virgin. I’ve tried resending the email….still no email comes through from Virgin. I’ve checked my spam box, and no email from Virgin.
I’ve also tried another email address (my Apple email). Again, no email from Virgin despite trying a few times and checking my spam box.
Can anyone assist further with what to do? I’ve tried the virtual assistant, but this is no help.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with the My Virgin Media account and accessing an email on our webmail platform. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies on your browser and giving this another try? I'd also recommend trying via a different browser.
