Are you accessing the email via My Virgin Media, or via an email app such as thunderbird/outlook etc?
Have you tried webmail?
Also if using a browser either try a different browser or incognito mode.
I have had the same problem this morning and have no idea why. It used to happen quite often but for the last few months the webmail has been working beautifully with no problems and far easier to access especially if you have an account with a subsidiary account for another member of the household. Yesterday my PC was running very slowly so I cleared the cache and that was when I was no longer able to get into the email from the usual bookmarked page despite refreshing the page and finding links via Google etc. Using a different browser worked fine but I want to use my usual browser. Coming on here I found the link that works. Can anyone explain why what looks to be the correct link from what was once for me the virginmedia.com front page no longer is? It baffles me.
@alienor The email link on the main virginmedia.com landing page is currently broken. VM staff are aware and it will be fixed as soon as possible.

And now it is not working again. What should be the sign in page is defaulting to https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/existing-customer and then the message when I try to sign in is:
I need to access my email urgently . This is simply not good enough.
You should be able to log into the web mail using this direct link
I suggest you bookmark the link.
