I set up a account as I recently started using virgin medias services for my Wi-Fi so I could keep track of everything but the email link they sent keeps saying it’s out of date , when I request a new link it doesn’t send me one. Can I have some support please

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with verifying your My VM account. We can certainly get the link resent but will need to pass data protection with you first.
