I am a VM broadband only customer, am I entitled to a VM email address ? if so how does one obtain/create an email address. Every time I try I just get a message on screen of
@davep123456 As you have been a VM customer for a number of years (according to your posting history on this community) you would have had an email address from when the account was set up. However, if you have not been regularly using the address the mailbox may have been deleted.
The error message that you are seeing in VM webmail indicates that the mailbox may only be locked rather than deleted. Have you followed the password reset process as set out in the error message? Changing the password usually unlocks the mailbox after about an hour.
