V media hacked email

Some lowlife hacked my email account. Changed my password so how do you reset it if you can’t access your email account?!

Try Forgotten your Password? | Reset Here | Virgin Media. Should you still not be able to regain control of the account either phone Virgin Media  or post back here to have issue flagged to the forum team.
