I’ve seen previous posts and have realised the email account is closed as no longer a virgin media customer. I had no notification this was going to happen as have lost access to all my emails.
My question is that I am still a
Virgin Mobile Customer. Is there anyway the email account can be reactivated?
I have information I desperately need from my emails.

Unfortunately you must be a broadband customer to maintain an email address however if the shutdown hasn't gone too far a virgin rep may be able to give you temporary access

As Danny has advised, it's potentially already shut down as you're not a customer anymore.
