I can not sign on to virginmedia.com nor mail.virginmedia.com
I know the userid and password are correct from the vault and I can access from the vault with no sign in dialogue. The sign in dialogue presents a reCAPTCHA screen and, despite ticking correctly, it always returns “We didn't recognise the username or password you entered. Please try again.”.
Same on different platforms and browsers.
Once got a message saying unable to connect to reCAPTCHA server...
