For 4 days now I have not had access to any of my emails, missed work client emails, this is actually costing me money now.
How long will it take to sort? 24/48 hours I can understand but 92 hours is getting borderline ridiculous.

Just to update the thread, the email mailbox was resolved via the customer calling the tech team and they re-enabled the mailbox 🙂
