I have had a number of conversations with Virgin representatives to address the issue I have with my registered email address. Still unresolved, I am resorting to this forum to seek advice on how I can circumvent accessing my media account when I can no longer log into the email address associated with my Virgin account.
In order to use any Virgin Media email address, you need to have a current (contracted-paid-for-monthly) subscription to VM Broadband. Please confirm or deny that you have this.
If you do not have such a current contract any email address allocated to you will be identified in a future periodic sweep-up exercise and deleted.
