Unable to sign into my email today

Morning. This started last evening (4/9/2023). I can log into my account fine but the option to click on the email link is not displayed. So I am unable to access my email. Why is this?

why has this happened & when will it be restored do we know ?

I complained to VM about this yesterday but no reply and even if they did, how would I see it as I can't get into my emails as there is no link on the front page.

THE LACK OF complaints about this is surprising, but thanks to the switch over i have no land line so as you say this is probably the only forum we can complain about these things

The email quick link for email on my virgin media account has not been showing for 3 days. How do I access my email please?

Can you tell us what error you're seeing when you try to sign into your mailbox through the MyVirginMedia account directly?

Thanks Paulina. The issue happens after logging in to my account. As you know there are a number of Quck Links displayed automatically. One of these is for email. This link disappeared for 3 days this week. It seems to have been restored this morning. However for another of my email addresses which is [MOD EDIT: Personal details] the problem continues today. Hopefully this too will be corrected. Regards Terry
