I can't use my emails at all (get error message 403 forbidden) and I had to set up another email to enable me join this group as had to verity email which I couldn't with my virgin media one. I am not very good on tech so this is what I do when I log in it is usually on my home computer and I use google Virgin Media then click on emails.
