Unable to sign in to emails

Hi

I have been unable to log in to my emails since Monday.  First message said sorry unavailable please try again later and now I have error 403 forbidden.

Please can anyone help I need my emails.

This will need to be referred to the IT team by the VM Forum Staff.  They will respond here in a day or so to obtain details via a private message.

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. Sorry to hear you're having issues logging in to your emails. 

 

Are you logging in here and getting that error message? Do you have it connected on a mail client such as Outlook etc? What device are you using to log in?

Hi Hollie

I can't use my emails at all (get error message 403 forbidden) and I had to set up another email to enable me join this group as had to verity email which I couldn't with my virgin media one.  I am not very good on tech so this is what I do when I log in it is usually on my home computer and I use google Virgin Media then click on emails.
