I'm having a problem with my virgin email at the moment. The problem is that I am unable to send emails. Whenever I try, I get a message "Couldn't send email. Something went wrong. Please try again". It does this on all my devices. Any suggestions please as to the possible cause and solution.

Please can you try removing and add the accounts again, or updating the password, from our side everything is looking good. Cheers

Thanks for the update. Can you please let us know what mail app you're using on your tablet and phone? Are they the same or different?
Since you're able to send emails from your laptop, have you tried removing your email account from the app on your phone and tablet as suggested previously?
