Hi,
Been with Virgin since Telewest days and family all has blueyonder.co.uk email addresses.
There were 4 or 5 separate mail accounts setup under our primay Account and in addition aliases were also set-up to for some of the mail accounts.
I have logged on under the VM main account to now manage some of these email accounts but none of them show, the only email account that shows is the primary one.
Under the main account in the past it would show all the email accounts and aliases and you could manage them from there but now it shows nothing.
Is there a way to login and see all the email accounts and manage them or has this now been removed?
Thanks

You should be able to see any additional accounts that are attached to the Primary Account by going to Account Settings > Account Details when logged into the primary My Virgin Media account. You will need to scroll down the list until you see this section:
There has been a change however and you can now only delete secondary accounts this way. If you want to change any settings on the secondary accounts you need to sign into the individual My Virgin Media account for each address using the specific email address and password. You need to sign out of each account before signing into another.
There is no easy way anymore to see aliases for blueyonder email address although it can be done via a convoluted process of signing into the VM webmail account for each blueyonder email address and looking at the drop down list in the From field when composing a message.
I'm a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share knowledge, I don't work for Virgin Media, I'm a VM customer. There are no guarantees that my advice will work. Please read the FAQs
