Hi,
I am having problems resetting the password for a secondary email account. I am the primary account holder and have tried all the steps suggested in previously raised questions for this topic and I can only delete the account or create a new one, but neither of these are suitable options.
Also, I cannot get through to VM by phone, as the system is not recognising characters from the password for that, so will also need to get that reset.

Sign in to My Virgin Media then select Update settings > Account details > Memorable word (located under Telephone security details) to reset it.
