Unable to reset email password - says I cannot change it without speaking to someone

I'm unable to reset my email password. when I try I get a message saying I'm unable to change it online and need to speak to someone.

It then suggests calling 150 but there is no option there to get email support.

Not sure how to get this sorted out?
