Unable to login to blueyonder email since last Sunday

I have been unable to login to my blueyonder email or my Virgin account since last Sunday. Upon entering my password, I am told that it is incorrect. I have attempted to reset it but, upon trying to do that, I am redirected to a page that apparently does not exist. IMAP logging in Thunderbird gives the following message
