Please can someone tell me how my secondary account holder can log into her email again? I can see it is on my account but the password she used is now not working and the Forgotten Password route doesn't work as it doesn't recognise any of her answers.
@Sav_Tea If the forgotten password route doesn't work she will either need to call in to the support line and select the option for technical issues> email or wait for the VM Forum Team staff to pick this up here.
The numbers to ring are 150 free from a VM mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (chargeable as standard UK landline phone no.).
