Hi all
I am unable to log into my ntlworld email account. The account works fine on the email app on my phone and I can still send and received emails, but unable to log in via the website. When selecting the forgotten password link it doesn't recognise my email, and when selecting forgotten email its asking me for an account number.
Any help would be much appreciated

Those are classic signs that the email account is in the process of being deleted. This should happen 90 days after you close the associated Virgin Media broadband account. The fact that you mention the account number suggests to me that you don't have a current VM broadband account. Is this the case?

Thanks for the response. Yes I no longer have a virgin media account, but I've had the email address (20 years) prior to having virgin media media so unsure as to why it would be being deleted?
Any help would be much appreciated
