Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear your experiencing issues with accessing your emails. Can we ask if you have changed your password through your Virgin Media account?
We would also recommend doing an anti virus scan on all devices that you have used trying to access the impacted email account.
Please also check the auto forwarding rules which may have been set up in you web mail.
