Unable to log in to new virgin media front screen

When trying to log in to access any service it states 

Oops, looks like something's gone wrong on our side.
Please try again
 
I am trying to access emails and any part of my account. This has been ongoing since last week can anyone please assist me with this as I have a secondary email account also. I am able to access emails through phone and Microsoft mail so why not on virgin media site. Previously I have done a full virus scan so not an issue with pc must be virgin media website upgrade.

It would be worth trying to sign in to your email account from here https://mail2.virginmedia.com/  , just enter the email address and password.

That link often continues to work when  access via the My Virgin Media account is failing. It does only give you access to the  VM email account though, not all the services available in the My Virgin Media Account.
