Apparently I need to re-enter my password in the settings. This email address was set up a long time ago & I cannot remember my password nor is there an option to reset it. Any help will be appreciated.
Apologies for the delay in response and to hear you've been having issues with your email account. Have you since been able to reset the password? If you head here you should be able to reset the password, however if you no longer have an activate account with us, it may be that it has been deleted. These accounts are meant to be deleted 90 days after you close the account, however if this wasn't done it can sometimes be flagged and then deleted at a later date.
