I have been on the phone for 1hr 20 minutes trying to resolve being unable to connect to the primary email account through the browser or via email clients (Outlook, Windows 10 Mail and whatever Samsung use on the Galaxy S10. We changed the password and checked teh server settings in Outlook with no success. The most informative was outlook which was unable to connect to the IMAP server.I think the guy just ran out of ideas because he just disappeared!
This still leaves me with the problem of being unable to access email. The secondary email account works through email clients no problem (though not my phone).
