Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear you're struggling to generate an app password.
Can you please ensure that you have tried a different browser or have tried clearing the cache and cookies of your current browser?
I'd also suggest to try using a different email address if possible, although I appreciate you may only have one non-virgin email account.
Are you getting this error when you try to verify your account through the verification email?
If you have a screenshot of the error that you can pop over, that would be great. Just please remember to remove any personal information from the screenshot.

Hi Beth, That account seems to have sorted itself out now. I am having problems changing the email password on another account which I will come back to you on if I may.
