Unable to access webmail

Webmail in chrome - refuses to accept credentials

Outlook, on the same PC - connects fine, But does not show the latest emails.

iphone mail - works fine.

I have tried webmail in Explorer, does not work either.

Any ideas, I like Webmail......thats where all my folders are.

Re: Unable to access webmail

Hello simontaylor23

Thanks for your post

Sorry to hear you are having an issue accessing webmail through Chrome.

Have you tried clearing the browsers cache and making sure everything is updated

Also can you please try on a different browser please

And Chrome on a different device

Re: Unable to access webmail

To Virgin,

I'm having the same issue. I can access email, including new ones on my phone and tablet, but cannot log on to web mail on my windows pc. I have tried both Edge and Chrome. I have cleared browser histories and restarted the pc each time. It just tells me address is invalid

Do you still have a Broadband account with Virgin Media?

If not, the symptoms you describe could indicate that your email account is being deleted. Access via VM's online webmail service disappears before you lose access via the email app on your phone or tablet.
