Unable to access secondary e-mail account

I forgotten the password to my secondary e-mail account which ends @virginmedia.com 

I cannot see anywhere to request password reset and others semm to have same problem ?

Sorry to hear you are having issues changing your password for your secondary account. Normally you should be able to do so as seen here https://www.virginmedia.com/help/billing-and-payments/login-problems In this case, I have sent you a private message. Please look out for the purple envelope and provide a response when you can.
