have used my 'ntlworld' email for circa 25 years and today it says my password is incorrect. We have closed our virgin account some months ago. can i get access again?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the email.
Unfortunately after the account is closed, the emails are closed along with it within 90 days of closure, sometimes more, as they are a part of the Virgin Media broadband service so we would not be able to recover this.
