Unable to access ntl email

Have been unable to access my NTL emails from Monday 9th August.
 
Error message -
 mail box is unavailable at the moment.  Please retry in 1 hour.
 
Have called 3 times but still not fixed and no updates. Have full house bundle including broadband, land lines & TV.
 
Have asked an IT engineer to check and he confirmed that it is a problem with Virgin Media
 
Not impressed!

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue gaining access to your emails. We can certainly take a look at things for you.
