Unable to access my email account

I have attempted to log into my email account today which I have had for over 15 years. It was fine yesterday but today is no longer accessible the message reads your mailbox is not available??


It did state to ring but obviously the call lines are closed and it did say it should only be for one hour. I have so many important emails such as a house purchase and my sons tutoring so urgently need it. All my emails are saved within folders 


can anyone advise please

are you still a virgin broadband customer.

if not the email should of been deleted 90 days after you left.
The system may of caught up with you and finally done what it should of when you left.

If you are not a customer VM can not help you.

If you still ahve a vm account post back for advice
