Tried resetting password, received an email confirming change. When I tried to log in "incorrect password" put in old password and was logged in. What's going on?? A few minutes ago changed my email address, got an email confirming this and was told to click on link "confirm my username" no such link appeared on the email on my phone. I'm at my wits end with all of this which has been going on since a week last Monday. Yesterday afternoon I dialed 150 and was transferred to be able to speak to someone, after being kept on hold for 2 hours 35 minutes, I gave up. Is this standard practice, to keep people waiting for so long that they eventually just give up?
I've had more than enough of all this, customer service is nonexistent, you cannot speak to anyone and all the links online do not apply to my problem nor when you dial 150.
Yesterday, received my monthly bill by email (had to view on my phone) there was a "help" link which I clicked on and guess what all I got was "Ok Crikey we can't find that page".
What more can I possibly say?
