Unable to access mailboxes

I've got two mailboxes, one a virginmedia.com address and the other an older virgin.net account. Since Sunday I've not been able to access either of them via the website.

I get through the login screen OK, and can access other services through the website. When I go to my mailbox I get the error "Your mailbox is not available at the moment"

I've tried this from several different devices/networks/browsers but get the same result. Any ideas what the problem is?

It is usually caused by the mailbox being locked for security reasons.  You can either try calling the number given in the on screen message or wait for 24 hours for the Forum Team to respond to your post.

Thanks. I got stuck in a queue forever when I tried ringing the number, so I'll wait for them to reply here. Odd that it's happened to both of them.
