Unable to access emails

I have a ntlworld log on, and no longer have a virgin media account, but cannot get access to my emails?

And you never will again. You have no entitlement to use VM mail as you are not a paying VM broadband customer. Your account should have been closed 90 days after you left VM and VM have presumably now got round to doing what they should have done along time ago. VM will not give you any access to it, no matter even for a short period.

Welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post. 

 

I am sorry to hear that you haven't managed to access your emails. 

 

As per our T&C's you have 90 days after you disconnect to move your email address to a new provider. 

 

I am sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused.
