I have been unable to access my mailbox for over a week, it keeps saying mailbox is not available right now please try again in 1 hour.
I am able to login to virgin media and access my account so I know the password is correct however it does let me info emails.
I have escalated to the VM forum team, one of the VM staff will be along in this thread to have a look at it for you.
