Yes, I have a secondary email address used by my parents which is showing the same error message, have tried the password reset with no luck and they have called the helpdesk but were given little assistance.
Any virgin team members on here fancy helping out 😁
This is an issue with Virgin, they have blocked / stopped the account. After an hours phone call to them last night was informed it was being escalated to I.T. dept. I am isolating in Paris before I commence emergency maintenance work. So losing my email contact is a nightmare. Come on someone at Virgin, help me out.
Well after an hour on the phone with customer services was told they were having an issue at their end with their pc so they promised would call me back in 15 mins...........that was 3 hours ago and still waiting.....☹️
