Unable to access emails account

I have been having problems accessing my emails for a week now - every time I attempt to login to my ntlworld.com email, I get the below message:  

"Your Mailbox is not available at the moment. Please try again in an hour, make sure you have the right username & password etc etc"

 

I have already rest my password to see if that would fix it but this has not worked & I am still unable to access the account which I need to do as soon as possible 

Could someone please help me get back access to my NTLworld.com email

I am still getting the same problem despite resetting my password. I would appreciate someone's help as it has been over a week without access to my emails & this is important

HI lewisk1995, thanks for the message and this does sound that this may have been suspended by internet security. Can you run a full virus/ malware test and once this is done update the password. If you are still having issues following this we may need to re-enable the mailbox for you. Chris

Hi Chris,

I have run a full scan and it did not detect any virus or malware on my PC 

I have also reset my password for the second time & this has not worked either 

As this has not worked, could you please help re-enable my mailbox

 I have had the unavailable email message since Christmas. Contacted Virgin by phone and waited ages then got the run-around. Changed passwords twice and used multiple devices but no luck. Had several conversations online but they just say they can fix it one day then start all over again the next day! Did that several days on the trot and got nowhere. I have complained and now awaiting a response. I have set up another email but still need to access my old one. Has anyone got an answer?

I am sorry to hear you aren't able to access your email account, is this happening on all devices, is this web mail or web client .

 

I have tried to have a look our end however wasn't able to find a account with the details we have for you.
