My virgin media email account was suspended several days ago, for what I was told was security reasons. Several attempts to reset the password were unsuccesful, as was contacting the Virginmedia telephone contact number.
This was especially frustrating because after giving D.O.B. and security answers online, it defaulted to a "please contact us" message.
I am waiting for someone to contact me, but that is now four or five days.
Any suggestions?
