Unable to access email

Having read a few threads here I suspect that my current access problem is due to no longer being a broadband media customer. 
My access was denied 48hours ago with a message asking me to wait an hour before logging in again. I have been using the account for 10plus years and it is critical that I have short term temporary access to facilitate the opening of an alternative account. 
Calls to the 0345 number are cut off without answer. 
I am in the process of a house move and this situation is causing huge complications.

Sorry to hear that you're unable to access the E-Mail account. 

 

We can seek to look into this to see if we're able to regain access for you, but we cannot guarantee this will be possible
