Since Wednesday I have been unable to access my email account, it keeps saying
SORRY, Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
I have been in-touch and told it would be unlocked in 48 hours, here we are on Sunday and still nothing is working. Extremely annoying as I use paperless bill for all my utilities and any notifications are not being answered. In addition I use it for contacting family so all in all very frustrating!
Has anyone any suggestions other than the obvious? I must spend around £2k a year with them on TV, internet and mobiles so is it time to move??
