Earlier this year, I discovered that I could not access any of the email addresses associated with my Virginmedia account on the website. This was largely resolved, except for my wife's address which displayed "FORBIDDEN" whenever we tried to access her webmail. At the time, I didn't bother following this up as it was not causing a problem with her being able to get her emails via her iPad. Now, however, we need to access the webmail account directly, which we are still unable to do. Please could someone from Virginmedia contact me with regard to finally solving the problem.
