I can access my e-mails on the primary account (my e-mail address). I can also log into MyVirgin media with both my primary and secondary account and change passwords however I cannot now access e-mails on the secondary account (which is my partners e-mail address). This applies to whatever device we use. I have also tried using the Virgin web portal and get the message "Your mailbox is not available at the moment." for my partners e-mail address.
