So, I'd just sent an email from my account, then it throws me out and says my account is unavailable even though it was operating fine Any idea how to sort this out?

I've successfully changed the account password as instructed but it still won't allow me to access emails and is still showing the same message about changing the password. Also, emails can no longer be accessed by phone or ipad. Any ideas where we go from here?

Hey Phone73, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to see you are struggling to get into your email account.
We was aware of a small issues affecting this last night but this was resolved within the same hour and it should be working now.

Thanks for your reply. I'm still unable to access emails. I can log in to my 'My Virgin Media' account OK but it will not allow me to get to my emails.
I get a message saying my email account is currently unavailable and it wants me to change passwords whiv I've tried.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ashleigh,
I can change the 'My Virgin Media' account password and have done this a few times, but when I log in with the new password it still won't let me access my emails and shows the same message.
I don't seem to be getting anywhere with this which is very disappointing.
