Unable to access email account

My account seems to be locked.  I tried to reset the password and was asked to use a third party email.  This link has expired and I am just going round in circles.  Could someone help?

Does anyone know if I use a different third party email will this resolve the issue of the expired link?

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the email account.

Is it asking you to set up the 3rd party email so we can verify the account?

Could you please send a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Thanks for the reply.  It had asked me to verify my account using third party email.  I tried this and something went wrong and the link expired.  It would not resend the link to the third party email and I kept going round in circles.  I resolved the issue by using a different third party email.
