Email off since Thursday last week. I tried calling customer care but they couldn't do anything, just said it was a known issue and would be fixed in 5 working days. This seems really wrong given that there are people on the help forum getting the issue fixed in an hour. Saw the sticky advising to make a new post, so doing that now.

I realise that these are supposed to be dealt with in recency order, but it's becoming frustrating to not get a response when there are more recent posts than mine that have had responses. I'm at 5 days without email that I need for work now, CS on the phone aren't helpful and I'm completely stuck for what to do.
