Unable to access Blueyonder

I have been unable to access email address @ blueyonder for over a week. Phoned up 3 times plus webchats and no response to my complaint, it's very frustrating!!!!

Join the club! Told today that my Blueyonder email of 25 has been disabled and nothing can be done 😞

That's terrible. If I get the same response I will seriously consider cancelling my whole package and will switch to Sky.

You've come to the right place.  Our community will help you or refer to the Forum Team (VM employees).

Are you a current VM broadband customer?  Can you access your billing account at my virgin media?

Is the address in question showing on either My profile tab (scroll down to my services), or on the manage accounts tab (see photos)?

Let us know about that and we can diagnose further what needs to be done.

Hi, Yes I am a current VM media customer and yes I can access by virgin account. I just get sorry your mailbox is not available at the moment.

It's not showing on the manage accounts pulldown.

Have you been able to run through a change password attempt or even forgotten password?

 

We have known some customers being able to resolve this issue by taking these methods
