Unable to access Blueyonder emails

Hi, I have a Virgin media account (broadband/TV/phone) and have 5 x blueyonder addresses attached to the account. These accounts are for me and the other members of the household. As they're Blueyonder email addresses you can see we've had them a while.

My son has found today that he can't access his emails and is being asked for a password. This is despite him being able to access emails perfectly well until today. There used to be an option in My Account where I could reset the passwords for each of the email accounts but now I only have an option to delete them. can you help please?

I'm hoping that they have suddenly not been de-activated?

Re: Unable to access Blueyonder emails

@scottypg  As you have found the primary account holder can no longer change passwords on secondary accounts.

However, there are two ways for the secondary account holder to change their password.

Either sign into the My Virgin Media account for the email address concerned and go to Account Settings, Update Details. Or use the forgotten password route here: https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/forgotten-details/password?intcmpid=cjf-937-forgot-detai...

Re: Unable to access Blueyonder emails

Many thanks for the quick reply. My son couldn't log into his Virgin Media account as it was saying that his password was incorrect - even though it wasn't.

I spoke to VM customer services and they reset the password for me. So, sorted pretty quickly thanks.

something to keep in mind should the other Blueyonder users experience the same issue
